If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, exchange or credit note, this applies to sale items also.
Process Prior to returning a garment please e-mail info@kristahochwallner.com.au to advise of the return and if it is for a refund or exchange. The garment must be sent back within 3 days of you receiving it either via express or registered post to ensure it can be tracked.
Once the garment is received it will be inspected for quality. Returned garments must be in as new condition, unused and have the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or have any signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Refund Refunds are issued the same day the garment is received, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price excluding postage costs. The refund will be issued in the same way as payment was made.
Exchange Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of receipt, you will not be charged a second delivery fee on an exchange.
