The Krista Hochwallner label embodies a classic yet youthful and feminine approach to fashion; an approach that is influenced by Krista’s affection for the ladylike, figure flattering style of the 1950’s & 60’s.

This influence coupled with a modern touch is evident in each piece and is finished with pretty details to produce collections full of fun, glamorous pieces that transcend seasons and trends. Krista creates each piece ardently through all stages of development from design to the finished sample, ensuring quality and attention to detail in both aesthetic and craftsmanship. This focus is continued throughout the manufacturing process with each piece being produced in-house Victoria Australia.

The motivation to achieve perfection in each piece comes from Krista’s experience living and breathing fashion and her business since beginning the journey in 2005 studying the art of Fashion with a Diploma of Clothing, Textiles and Footwear. Through this study Krista discovered a love for not only design but the intricacies of constructing a garment, working with beautiful fabrics and the history of fashion.

Launched in 2008 the label is available exclusively in the Krista Hochwallner online boutique and in-store through The Tribune Brisbane. Now in it’s third season, the label is living up to Krista’s aspirations of growing a distinctive brand in the Australian Fashion industry which delivers pieces that afford the wearer a distinctive style with an air of classic beauty reminiscent of a feminine, glamorous era in fashion.
