General Terms
We reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order at any time, if for any reason your order does need to be cancelled you will be notified via e-mail and all monies paid will be refunded in full.
When placing an order you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, this will be used to communicate all information about your order. We take no responsibility if you don’t receive communication about your order due to an invalid e-mail address being supplied at time of registration/order.
Product Disclaimer
All care is taken to represent the products you see on this site as closely as possible to the item you will receive, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor/printer settings and lighting used in photography, for this reason we can not guarantee the colour you see on screen will match 100% the product in real life.
Sizing Guide
Sizing guide provided is specific to the sizing of all Krista Hochwallner garments and are Australian sizes with measurements provided in centimetres. If you're not sure about which size is best for you please contact us for assistance.

Your e-mail address will be used for communication about your order and to notify you of new products etc. If you do not wish to receive further promotional communication please e-mail info@kristahochwallner.com.au or click 'un-subscribe' on the homepage.

Payment
Domestic Rates: Orders within Australia are sent via Australia post Express post satchels at a flat rate of $10 for all orders.
Timeframe:Express post offers guaranteed next day delivery for addresses within the network, addresses outside the network allow 2-3 business days. To check your address click here.
Despatch All garments from the Autumn/Winter 2010 collection are handmade in-house upon receipt of an order, please allow 3 business days from receipt of payment for your garment to be despatched. If you require a garment urgently please ask and we may be able to get it out sooner. All sale items are in stock and ready to despatch the following day after payment is received.
International Rates: International orders are sent by Australia post registered airmail at a flat rate of $30.
Timeframe: Delivery time is between 3-10 business days depending on your region. Please e-mail us for a more specific timeframe for your region of if your country is not on the list that will allow you to register on the website.
Taxes: You will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country, please check your local customs procedures for any taxes or duties that may apply.
Returns
Stock Availability
Payment is accepted via Paypal (visa, mastercard or bank transfer) Bank deposit, cheque or money order. Orders will be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds. Details specific to each payment method will be displayed on the checkout page.
Discount Codes
If you have a discount code, enter it on the 'Your Cart' page in the box provided, click 'continue' on this page, the next page is where you will confirm your contact details and postage address, on this page click 'proceed with order' the discounted total will then display on the next checkout page before you submit your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, exchange or credit note, this applies to sale items also.
Process Prior to returning a garment please e-mail info@kristahochwallner.com.au to advise of the return and if it is for a refund or exchange. The garment must be sent back within 3 days of you receiving it either via express or registered post to ensure it can be tracked.
Once the garment is received it will be inspected for quality. Returned garments must be in as new condition, unused and have the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or have any signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Refund Refunds are issued the same day the garment is received, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price excluding postage costs. The refund will be issued in the same way as payment was made.
Exchange Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of receipt, you will not be charged a second delivery fee on an exchange.
All items displayed on the site are in stock and ready to despatch unless it is stated as a ‘coming soon’ item or on 'backorder'. For any items on back order please allow 3 business days for it to be despatched. For any items 'coming soon' send an e-mail to info@kristahochwallner.com.au and we will let you know as soon as it is available for purchase, you can also put in a pre-order via this method. If there is anything that is not available in your size please e-mail us and we may be able to do a special order for you.
